What Is MTPE?
MTPE stands for Machine Translation Post-Editing. It involves reviewing and improving content produced by tools or AI models. The goal is to correct errors, fix awkward phrasing, and ensure the final version is suitable for real users, not just algorithms.
Two levels of service
Light Post-Editing
For internal use or when speed matters most. I correct only the most obvious mistakes (grammar, word choice, basic style).
Full Post-Editing
For public-facing content. I treat the machine translation as a draft and rework it thoroughly for tone, flow, and clarity.
